Breakfast - Skirt steak and pemmican bar

Lunch - Rabbit striploin and root vegetable hash and cup of coconut milk

For breakfast/lunch I had an egg scramble with carne asada, avacado, spinach and mushrooms with a small side salad. For a snack I had a small fruit salad and some almonds then for dinner I had steak with broccoli and cauliflower (it was my first attempt at cooking steak and I have to say it turned out good! I did a rub with olive oil, pepper and garlic powder then pan seared it. Yum!)

Sounds delish Julie! I got stuck eating out again, at a bar, which is the worst quality meat, but I did my best under the circumstances.

Dinner-Rack of ribs (waaaay too much bbq sauce) and collard greens

Late Night Snack-two pork/beef patties with coconut milk on the side
