liz: dinner last night: 3 ground beef meatballs made with fresh onions, dried oregano, dried parsley. sauteed then drained off the fat and warmed with roasted broccoli, crushed tomatoes, and some chicken stock.
TODAY - breakfast: 1 poached egg with spinach & onions. coffee, 1 c. strawberries/watermelon.
Breakfast: 3 egg omellete with bacon, onions, spinach, avacado.
Lunch: 1/3lb beef burger in a bowl from The Counter.
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Paleo thai almond pork and a sweet potato. My mom is visiting so I made her make it while I was doing heavy thrusters. She said "It's weird to prepare when you aren't used to using these kinds of ingredients. But it still tastes delicious!" Ha.
