So exciting to read this stuff! We can see it at work every day in the gym and the studies are slowly piling up against the old school way of thinking! Ate my pemmican bar and pork chop for breakfast to support the cause!

That was a good read, thanks for the post. Often times I'll mention eating an avocado to people and they'll say "that's not good for you, though, it's got a lot of fat." I need to send them all this article to read!

And speaking of the pemmican bar, Diso, I tried mine yesterday. It wasn't as bad as I expected! I don't think I'd crave one, haha, but it wasn't too bad. I didn't realize how fatty they were, would you consider it more of a fat source than a protein source? I wanted to try it because I was thinking of adding it as a source of portable protein, but would beef jerky be a better option for that?
